Positive Communication (in Englisch)

This course is about communicating in a positive way with our guests and colleagues. To make our daily communications positive and enjoyable for all, we need to understand how communication works and how we can actively trigger positive emotions, actions and reactions. The basics of Positive Communication include lessons and practices about the power of words, positive non-verbal communication, and about the positive “translation” of negative communication.
